He zooms in a bit on the shorts, taking in the pattern, but his face is warm with embarrassment at his mistake, not so much because it's Wrench he's texted, but because he'd made the mistake in the first place. Honestly, he should be more careful.

The second message only drives home the point: Blake is definitely fucking with him. It's dangerous territory, but Wes realizes it's also not wholly unwelcome. He hasn't done a particularly good job of navigating whatever's happened between the two of them since that encounter, but with Jean-Paul seeming to have almost revised his position, Wes realizes there's plenty more unresolved than he originally thought.
He considers the message, trying to decode the other man's intent. After all, Blake hasn't been particularly hesitant to admit that he regrets what happened before. So what does he want out of things this time? After several moments, he sends back another picture of the shorts hiked much higher, his upper thigh only a shade paler than the rest of him.
Blake hadn't been sure Wrench would take the bait, but now that he has, the former cop finds himself feel appreciative, indeed. Tan lines don't necessarily turn him on, but seeing more skin and knowing that the other man is willing to send subsequent pictures is a bit thrilling.
He has to wonder, though, whether Wrench understands the perimeters of what he's trying to accomplish here. Time to do a little probing.

Truth be told, Blake started this endeavor to blow off a little steam. It had taken too long to get back into his sexual groove after everything that had happened, and now that he's finally starting to feel more himself, he finds he doesn't really want to slow down again.
